      In about two weeks I plan on doing them.

      But would you happen to still have the text versions of those Sort Stories? It would make my life much easier as PDFs have some weird line breaks where it shouldn’t.

      1. i don’t think that is correct, volume 5.5 mentions them buying a tv which happens in volume 5. Also it mentions something about them using the same method they used on some thieves in volume 5 earlier in the series in a shopping scam, i think this happened in volume 2.8 but i don’t know since i can’t it anywhere. Anyway it would make sense for volume 5.5 to come after volume 5, but i’m not sure as i just started volume 5 as i was following your guide here and read 5.5 before 5.

        1. actually i can confirm that volume 5.5 takes place after volume 5 now, i just reached the part that involved chiho in volume 5, which shines a light on something i thought was a mistake in your translation of 5.5 thinking you were meant to refer to a relative of chiho in volume 5.5

        2. I gave up on translating it because it was really too boring. Three people tried to pick it up and gave up actually.

          I posted the partial translations in the #announcement channel in the Hatamaou discord channel once.

          1. Wow, it was really that bad ? Well thanks for answering. Could you please give me link to the partial translation. I don’t really know how to use discord much.And maybe you might even consider finishing the translation please, just for completeness. I really can’t imagine it being that bad but reading the partial translation might help. Also i asked the same question on Reddit so i’ll post your answer here on Reddit and any further info you provide so as not to bother you too much. Thanks for all you hard work.

        3. Also the demon king losing to corn soup and the fallen angel are definitely not safe to read if your still in volume 6 which is where i am right now. i’ll update this when i know when its okay to read them as they contain major spoilers

            1. recommended order to read, this is based not only on when it is taking place chronologically but more importantly on referenced info. for example, you should read 5.5 after volume but they mention somethings like lucifer’s cat allergy which we find out about in volume 7.

              vol 7 [it’s a bunch of SS, timewise you can read it after v.3 so…1,2,3, 7 ,4,5,6,… lol~]

                1. i hope your not upset, i really appreciate all the effort you put into this. i just wanted the correct info so guys don’t get spoiled unnecessarily cause those last two i mentioned(demon king losing to corn soup and the fallen angel ) were big ones, like the next 3 books for me are spoiled with the first paragraph. Sorry again if i was rude or upset you.

    1. Yes, I know about that. I took it out because it was published in Volume 14 of the light novel. This page is only for short stories which were not included in the volumes yet.
